I've been ordering from Hong Kong Seafood for quite some time now and recommend it to anyone that asks for Chinese food. Fresh, tasty food, great price and really polite service. Easily one of my favorite places to go grab food!!

As the title says, My mother and I have ordered hong kong at least twice a week for almost 1 year and a half now. it is amazing. quality food at a fast food price.

I have tried different Chinese restaurant within my hometown (Hayward) and non compare to HONG KONG seafood restaurant I love it here everytime I come here laughs they practically already know my drink and what I will order to eat all the servers are polite the place is always clean and neat and you can't beat the prices for the amount of FRESH HOT food they give you I do not consider this to be a DIVE SPOT w/cheap food.... however this will forever be my number one spot within my town

Exactly the Chinese restaurant I've been searching for: dive exterior, not too much better interior but it's ALL about the food, baby. Delecto, generously sized dishes at amazing prices! As other Yelpers have said, the beef chow fun is sooo good: greasy delish noodles with plenty of nicely seasoned beef pieces. The honey walnut prawns are also well done with a light batter, good sauce and crisply seasoned walnuts.
Tonight we splurged and got the salt & pepper crab, a whiteboard special. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. A whole crab, including the top shell with parts, arrived practically sizzling. HKS's salt & pepper dishes are all great due to the sauteed onions and diced fresh jalapeño peppers = spicy salty goodness. There was practically no dinner conversation as my companion proceeded to wipe out more than half the crab in one swell foop.
Service is always pleasant and (I'm guessing) the owner stops by to make sure everyone is enjoying the food. Real tea is brought to the table--none of that flowery crap for me, thank you. Lunch is an especially good bargain starting with the spicy hot and sour soup that arrives not long after you sit down.

Excellent Service!!!! They even deliver. I must go there at least once a week. They get my phone order right every time. I just wish they took online orders. Prices are reasonable and they always remember me.
Give them a try you will not regret it. Do not judge this place by the outside or neigborhood

Just got vegetable chow mein, spicy garlic chicken, and egg rolls delivered. Very quick (~35mis). Food is fresh and delicious. Good price too.
